We are happy to announce that the International Robotics Summer Camp 2021 would be held in Hurghada-Egypt in collaboration with Genio Tech. Targetting students aged 7-18 and using our latest curriculums and the worlds most advanced educational robotics technologies.
INTRODUCTION:
Join the International Robotics Summer Camp 2021 (Hurghada-Egypt) to take part in an incredible learning experience that combines STEM, Robotics and Coding. Using our latest educational robotics curriculum and with special projects and classes, the camp would also include robotics/coding workshops and webinars for all students presented by the worlds most famous and talented speakers.
OVERVIEW:
The International Robotics Summer Camp 2021 made in collaboration with Genio Tech would be held in the Egyptian city of Hurghada from the 12th-17th of September targeting students aged 7-18, with classes available for three different categories:
CATEGORY-A (Builders):
In this category, participants will learn the basics of robotics, and coding as they use the LEGO® Education WeDo 2.0 platform and the WeDo 2.0 software or SCRATCH 3.0 to develop awesome WeDo 2.0 creations.

Software/s used: WeDo 2.0 Programming Software (Simple Blocks Programming) and/or SCRATCH 3.0 (Advanced Blocks Programming)
Age Group: 6-10
Involvement: Hands-on Robotics, Online and international workshops
Classes based on: Robots Got Talents WeDo Robotics V1, WeDo Robotics V2, and RoboArcade classroom courses + Elementary Robotics Book V2.3

CATEGORY-B (Inventors):
In this category, participants will learn the basics of robotics, and coding as they use the LEGO® MINDSTORMS® EV3 platform and the EV3-G Programming Software and/or Microsoft® MakeCode® Java Script to develop advanced MINDSTORMS® EV3 projects.
Platform/s used: LEGO® MINDSTORMS® EV3 or Virtual Robotics Toolkit (EV3)
Software/s used: Virtual Robotics Toolkit, LabView Programming Software (Blocks Programming), Microsoft MakeCode MINDSTORMS (JavaScript Programming)
Age Group: 9-14
Involvement: Hands-on Robotics, Online and international workshops
Classes based on: Robots Got Talents Jr Robotics EV3-G, Jr Robotics MakeCode, Jr Robotics Advanced EV3-G classroom courses, Genio Tech EV3 curriculum and EV3-G MEGABOOK V1.0

CATEGORY-C (Experts):
In this category, participants will learn the basics of robotics, mechanics, electricity and coding as they use the PITSCO® Education TETRIX® set, TETRIX® PRIZM® robotics controller, TinkerCad Arduino simulator and the Arduino Programming IDE to develop advanced TETRIX®/ Arduino projects.

Software/s used: TinkerCad Circuits, Arduino IDE
Age Group: +12
Involvement: Hands-on Robotics, Online and international workshops

Workshops and Webniars:
Students in each category would also attend different online workshops related to the topics they are learning in their main classes, presented by famous international instructors, teachers and creators. In addition to webinars from the worlds' most talented speakers about different topics related to robotics, coding, artificial intelligence and education. IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to Covid-19 restrictions, we would be only accepting 10% from International Participants, and there would be an online camp working in parallel with the in-person camp in Hurgada-Egypt for international students. More details concerning the online camp will be announced soon.
